Do I need to sign up?
No. To start or join a call you only need Meetly installed — no account required. Sign-up is only for Pro and Team plans, so you can keep permanent links and recordings.
Which systems does Meetly run on?
Meetly is an app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). There is no macOS, Linux, or web version: we focus on one platform to make it truly fast and reliable.
How many people can join a call?
Up to 4 on the Free plan, up to 50 on Pro and Team. We're not built for big webinars, and that's on purpose.
How secure is it?
Calls are end-to-end encrypted and keys never leave participants' computers. We don't store call content. Pro recordings are stored encrypted and visible only to you.
Does the other person need Meetly too?
Yes. Everyone in a call uses the Meetly app for Windows. Setup takes about a minute and needs no sign-up: your guest opens your link, installs the app, and lands straight in the call.
